About the project - holiday houses Bibinje

We have started a construction of four modern holiday houses. The location is the village of Bibinje near Zadar as with our previous projects. The land is situated in a quiter part of the village, close to the Adriatic highway. However, there is still very good accessibility to shops and restaurants (approx. 330 metres), the beach and the port (approx. 1 kilometer).

Completion and approval of the project is planned for June 2023 !

As a part of this project will arise 2 semi-detached houses, so in total 4 housing units for sale. Housing units are arranged on two floors, each unit has 2 parking places and its own garden with a swimming pool.
